Using Typaflow Responsibly

Introduction

By accessing or using Typaflow’s services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions help protect our users, our platform, and ensure responsible, transparent use of our technology.

Typaflow Software Systems (“Typaflow”) develops, researches, and deploys artificial intelligence models and services (the “Services”) for customers, partners, and third‑party developers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services, whether via API, SDK, web interface, or other integration.

Definitions

“User”

Any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

“Customer”

A User who has entered into a subscription or licensing agreement for paid access to the Services.

“Model”

Any AI, machine‑learning, or generative model made available by Typaflow.

“API”

Application Programming Interface through which Users interact with Models.

“Content”

All inputs (prompts, data) provided by the User and outputs (generated text, images, audio) produced by the Models.

Use of Service

Typaflow grants you access to our Models and APIs once you register for an account and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, credentials, and any other authentication mechanisms. Any activity performed under your account—even by third parties you authorize—is your responsibility.

We may impose rate limits, quotas, or usage tiers at our discretion; paid Customers may request higher limits by upgrading their subscription. Typaflow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services (including specific Models or endpoints) at any time, with notice provided via email or our status dashboard.

License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Typaflow grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to call our APIs and use Model outputs for your internal business purposes. All Models, underlying code, training data, and infrastructure remain the sole property of Typaflow or its licensors.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not reverse‑engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or embed Models in a standalone fashion. You retain ownership of your Content (inputs) and may use the outputs you generate, provided you comply with our Acceptable Use Policies and any applicable third‑party rights.

Acceptable Use Policies

To ensure responsible and lawful deployment, you agree not to use Typaflow’s Services to:

• Generate or disseminate illegal, harmful, or abusive content (including hate speech, defamation, or violence).
• Violate privacy or data‑protection laws, or process personal data without proper consent.
• Facilitate fraud, phishing, or other malicious activity.
• Train other AI models on Typaflow outputs except as explicitly permitted under a separate license.
• Infringe any third‑party intellectual property rights or export-controlled technologies.

Typaflow may monitor usage patterns and employ automated or manual review to enforce these policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach any of the above.

Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any data you submit—inputs, usage logs, feedback—are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data‑protection laws. Typaflow will not share your proprietary inputs or outputs with third parties except (a) as needed to provide the Services, (b) to comply with legal obligations, or (c) as aggregated, anonymized metrics.

You retain ownership of all input data you provide. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, analyze, and index your inputs and outputs solely for the purpose of service improvement, security monitoring, and feature development.

Fees & Payment

Access to paid tiers of our Services is subject to the pricing and billing terms in your subscription agreement. All fees are in USD and non‑refundable, except as required by law or expressly stated in your agreement. You authorize Typaflow to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees, overages, and any applicable taxes.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for all unpaid fees accrued before suspension or termination.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support@typaflow.com. Typaflow may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activity. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends and we will delete your customer data in accordance with our data‑retention policy.

Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYPAFLOW SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. TYPAFLOW SOFTWARE SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Typaflow and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third‑party rights.
